We are always looking for both new talent and experienced individuals to join our adventure with ÄNG. The restaurant serves a modern Scandinavian menu where we prepare the produce with utmost respect in order to accentuate its pure and clear flavours.

Knowledge and craftsmanship is key, but we must also be prepared to push limits, break with traditions, and leave comfort zones to find new ideas and expressions to put on the menu. We seek to find a nerve in what we do together, what we cook, and what we present.

ÄNG is situated at the west coast of Sweden, just outside the town Varberg. We are a destination restaurant, neighbouring the organic vinyard of Ästad Vingård, which we sometimes produce our own wines with.
